Baby massage improves circulation, increasing the flow of oxygen throughout your baby's body. This strengthens the digestive and nervous systems, eases muscles and joints and boosts the immune system.
Introducing baby massage into a bedtime routine can help to ease your baby into the rhythm of being awake in the daytime and asleep at night.
Oxytocin, also known as 'the love hormone' is naturally produced during skin-to-skin contact. Baby massage can contribute towards a secure, positive attachment and life-long emotional well-being.
I’m Jayne, and I live in Hill Head, Hampshire with my husband and our two wild and wonderful daughters.
I teach baby massage because I want to empower parents to believe in their instincts, and provide them with a precious opportunity to tune in with their babies away from the demanding pace of daily life.
"This is the first baby group I have attended and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Not only was it useful and informative but it was fun and in such a calm, clean and relaxing environment. My little boy really enjoyed it and was always so relaxed he’d fall asleep at the end!"
