Training with nursery teachers from across the region in Malawi so they can learn new ways to incorporate play and creativity into their approaches. Incredibly humbling. Difficult to use a child-led approach when you are the only member of staff with 120 kids. Already having the richest experience... emotional and intense but incredible.
